Networking with other EU project is crucial for the LIFE ALL-IN dissemination project and sharing results to other audiences. A networking action plan has been implemented in several steps:
The selected topics was diapers sector, AHPs production and industrials projects with high environmental impact.
This research has been made via the Innovation Place platform, LIFE programme website, BBI JU / CBE JU website and the stakeholder analysis made previously in the project.
Some of project has directly been suggested by the coordinator.
LIFE ALL-IN partners took the opportunity of the midterm e-workshop and the launch of the second half of the project lifetime to send a first contact to a large and selected EU projects.
Following the results of the previous action, LIFE ALL-IN partners have tightened up the list to 15 EU projects. These projects have been highlighted because of the concept & topics which are in line with the LIFE ALL-IN project.
Once the projects have been finely selected, and in accordance with the Grant Agreement, 5 initiatives will be to organize.
We are used to have Innovation sessions with our customers very often.
Scope of such meetings is to introduce to them recent innovations and share results.
Main focus in the last year has been given to those coming from Life All In project.
Audience is usually composed of people from Engineering and Marketing Teams of AHPs manufacturing companies.
Our customers are AHPs manufacturing companies and can operate both locally and globally. We were able to reach multinational companies like P&G, KC and Essity as well as regional players with major focus in Europe.
We had more than 10 Innovation meetings. Only in the last month we had 4 “live” sessions at our premises with 4 different customers, 1 Multinational and 3 regional player based in Europe visiting our Life All In test stands.
We are planning to have at least one meeting per month.
As main outcome from these meetings, we got a great interest on all the projects presented and, as consequence, many follow up activities such as feasibility study for “feature” implementation on production lines and test stand arrangements to produce samples for our customers, mainly for 3D Topsheet and Ariel for those customers requiring dedicated samples to make their evaluations on finished products.
These initiatives will be at organized for the second half of the project when project results will be ready to share:
The main goal of this networking action plan is to share the project results and stakeholders to other EU project audience. This plan is open to changes and will be adapted upon the action results.
